EU orders are shipped with tracked international mail:

-You must open the packages of products containing preserved moss as soon as they reach you.

Custom and personalized orders
Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally the time does not exceed 10-15 business days from the time you place your order to shipping. Our lead time is usually much longer in the months before and right after Christmas/New Year.
